Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, and using VertAI (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

VertAI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial athletic training purposes. You may not sublicense, rent, lease, transfer, or modify the App.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate account information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your password
• Not use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer or hack the App
• Accept full responsibility for activities under your account
• Use the App at your own physical risk

Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before starting a new training program, especially if you have pre-existing injuries or conditions. You assume all risk related to your use of the App and the training programs it generates.

All content in VertAI — including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and code — is the property of VertAI or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without our prior written consent.

By uploading videos and data to VertAI, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use that content for analysis, improving our AI models, and providing you service.

VertAI integrates with third-party services (Supabase, OpenAI, etc.). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party service interruptions or data handling.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VertAI is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. VertAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VertAI, its owners, and employees from any claims, damages, or costs arising from your violation of these Terms or any applicable law.

We may terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or misuse of the App. Upon termination, your license to use the App ends immediately.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which VertAI operates, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
